Temple Baptist Music

The music ministry is a vital part of the Temple Baptist Church Life, bringing worshipers to honor our Lord through different mediums of music. Blended worship assisted by instruments is the weekly worship form focusing our praise on God.

Technology of computers and sound equipment is a way we present God’s message on special occasions, such as, Christmas, Easter and July 4th. The music ministry participates in worship with the residents of Columbine Manor, the local nursing home.

A month has already past in the new year and the impact of the 2009 Christmas production “The Homecoming” is still fresh in our minds. Our prayer from the music ministry for 2010 in that you were inspired to honor and praise our Lord to the highest this year. Give HIM all the glory!

Preparation will begin soon on Easter music for the April 4th celebration. We will be presenting “I Know My Redeemer Lives”, a musical that shares our hope is real and our future with Him is certain. Look forward to a great worship experience.

Worship - the joy of praising our Lord. Recently, I received some worship trends and I wanted to share them with you. They are filled with diversity from “then” to “now” but the main focus is - WORSHIP.
Thank you for a great 2009 and looking forward to exciting worship in 2010.

Praising Him,
Tommie
